WWE Armageddon Results
World's Champion Batista & WWE Champ John Cena v. King Booker & Finlay
No Brainer. The Champs won.
1/1
Chris Benoit v. Chavo w/ Vicki
Chavo tapped out to the Sharpshooter to retain.
1/2
Last Ride Match
Undertaker v. Kennedy
I was a little surprised with how good this match turned out being. After Kennedy threw 'Taker about 10-15 feet off of the set he was unable to get the win. Taker then chokeslammed and tombstoned Kennedy on the top of the hearst and then loaded Kennedy in and drove off for the win.
1/3
Inferno Match
Kane v. MVP
MVP was clearly wearing a vest and other gear under his tights and shirt. After the both ended up out of the ring Kane choked MVP and backed him into the flames and caught his ass on fire. MVP ran around a little bit until he got on the ground allowing the ring crew to put out the flames. I'm sure his ass burns will be used for comedic purposes.
2/4
Tag Team Championships
Kendrick & London (c) v. Regal & Dave Taylor
Prior to the match Teddy Long announced that the match would instead be a 4-Team ladder match with MNM and the Hardys joining the match. There was a 'see saw' spot where Mercury didn't sheild his face from the ladder and got his face sliced pretty bad. Blood was pouring down his face. That was the last he was seen during the match. He quickly went to the back where he was rushed to the hospital. That definitely wasn't planned. Kendrick and London win and keep the titles.
3/5
Cruiserweight Championship
Gergory Helms (c) v. Jimmy Wang Yang
Helms wins.
4/6
Boogeyman v. Miz
Boogeyman picks up the win.

WWE Armageddon Predictions
Wrestleblogger predictions is celebrating its 1-year anniversary. It was last year's Armageddon PPV that marked the birth of Wrestleblogger predictions. Just like last year's edition, I am doing predictions all by myself. Once again, David will not be offering his predictions. To celebrate the occasion I am going to pick the matches perfectly. OK, I'll at least try.
World's Champion Batista & WWE Champ John Cena v. King Booker & Finlay
Do I really have to explain myslef? The Champs will win.
U.S. Title
Chris Benoit v. Chavo w/ Vicki
It wouldn't make much sense for these two to have another match and the result being exactly the same. Therefore I am picking Chavo to win. Probably by cheating.
Last Ride Match
Underatker v. Kennedy
Call me crazy, but I think that Kenendy is going to once again come away as the victor. I can't see Undertaker winning here. What I do see is more of these gimmick matches between these two which will ultimately culminate in a win for Undertaker. Maybe @ Wrestlemania.
Inferno Match
Kane v. MVP
The fact that MVP wears that rediculous costume makes me believe that his body will be covered enough that he'll be able to wear something that will simply catch fire without burning him. Kane wins. Since Kane wrestles shirtless his foot or leg will catch fire if MVP wins.
Tag Team Championships
Kendrick & London (c) v. Regal & Dave Taylor
No disrespect to Regal & Taylor, but I can't see London & Kendrick losing the titles until they go up against a legitimate team. If the Brits win it will be by DQ, but I'm sticking with the champs.
Cruiserweight Championship
Gergory Helms (c) v. Jimmy Wang Yang
They've been making a big deal about Helms being the longest reigning champion in the whole WWE. Wang is still relatively new. While that doesn't automatically disqualify him from winning, it doesn't really help him in my eyes. My choice is Helms.
Boogeyman v. Miz
While they may do a Miz countout. I'll go with the Miz winning by cheating.

TNA TurningPoint Results
Pre-Show Match
Lance Hoyt and Ron Killings vs. The Serotonin
Serotonin turns out to be the name of the newest incarnation of Raven's Nest, Flock, etc. They lost though.
0/1
Kurt Angle vs. Samoa Joe
Samoa Joe made Angle tap out. Looks like a 3rd match.
1/2
Rhino vs. A.J. Styles
As predicted Styles picked up the win from Rhino
2/3
TNA X Division Championship - Special Referee (Jerry Lynn)
Christopher Daniels (c) vs. Chris Sabin
Daniels retains the title after picking up the win. Afterwards there was a confrontation between Daniels and Jerry Lynn
3/4
Bikini contest
Ms. Brooks vs. Eric Young
This match was decided by the fans' applause. It was also a victory for Eric Young.
4/5
Flag Match
America's Most Wanted (James Storm and Chris Harris) vs. Latin American Exchange (Homicide and Hernandez (w/ Konnan)
LAX picks up the win and gets their flag raised and national anthem played.
5/6
Paparazzi Championship Series
Alex Shelley vs. Sonjay Dutt vs. Austin Starr vs. Senshi vs. Jay Lethal
Senshi picks up the win.
5/7
Triple Threat match for the NWA World Heavyweight Championship
Abyss (w/James Mitchell) (c) vs. Sting vs. Christian Cage (w/Tomko)
Abyss gets the pin and keep the title.
6/8
VKM also made an appearance at the PPV. They did a parody of DX by dressing up like Triple H & HBK. They then made a $1,000,000 challenge to DX. They said that they want to fight DX anytime, anyplace. Whether it be on WWE or TNA TV. I'm not sure if the challenge was for DX to put up $1,000,000 as well with the winner getting the $2,000,000 or if VKM would just give DX their $1,000,000 just to get a match. It also seemed like the challenge was for a real fight and not just a wrestling match. There is no way that WWE is going to even publicly acknowledge the challenge so VKM may say that Vince and DX are scared. In a conference call to hype the PPV last week B.G.James publicly said that he doesn't really expect that the WWE will ever ackowledge them and that they don't expect WWE to take them seriously.

TNA Turning Point Predictions
I thought that for once I would try to take a crack at predicting the results for this weekend's TNA Turning Point PPV. I'll admit that I don't really have a clue as to exactly what's going on in TNA other than the blurbs that I read online and they little bit of TV that I saw a while ago. David will not be doing predictions for this PPV.
Pre-Show Match
Lance Hoyt and Ron Killings vs. The Serotonin
I think that I have heard of who makes up The Serotonin, but I forget. As for Hoyt and Killings I only really know about Killings from his WWE days and that's it. I've seen Hoyt's action figures at the store and that's all I know about him. I'll pick The Serotonin to pick up the win.
Kurt Angle vs. Samoa Joe
A lot of people consider these 2 to be the top wrestlers in not only TNA, but wrestling in general. I'm sure TNA wants to believe the same thing and thinks that this could be a major feud. Therefore, since Angle won their first meeting, Joe will win this one and force a 3rd match.
Rhino vs. A.J. Styles
If I recall corretly, Styles has some unexplained grudge against Rhino (storyline-wise). Perhaps the reason will come to light at the PPV. I'll pick Styles to win.
TNA X Division Championship - Special Referee (Jerry Lynn)
Christopher Daniels (c) vs. Chris Sabin
I agree with a lot of people when they describe X Division matches as 'spotfests'. They often seem to be little more than just big spots and very little actual wrestling. It has at time seemed like the wrestlers are trying to show each other how big of a bump they can take. My pick is for Daniels to retain. I really wish that Daniels would once again become CurryMan.
Bikini contest
Ms. Brooks vs. Eric Young
Assuming that the fans decide the winner by applause I'm going to say that Young wins as a goof.
Flag Match
America's Most Wanted (James Storm and Chris Harris) vs. Latin American Exchange (Homicide and Hernandez (w/ Konnan)
I don't have a clue what a Flag Match is. Yeah, I could look it up, but I don't really care what it is. I have made no secret about my dislike of Konnan. On that basis alone I am leanign towards picking AMW to win, but I'll have to go with LAX. IF I recall there is a Canadian guy (Petey Williams) that is backing the Americans, AMW. I'm sure that he will turn on AMW and perhaps cost them the match. I'm not sure if it's already part of the storyline, but Konnan needs a hip replacement and is planning on getting it real soon, so I'm looking for an angle to explain it.
Paparazzi Championship Series
Alex Shelley vs. Sonjay Dutt vs. Austin Starr vs. Senshi vs. Jay Lethal
Alex Shelley is one of my top wrestlers in TNA from the tiny bit that I have seen. He seems to be from the same mold as Chris Jericho. I'll pick him to win.
Triple Threat match for the NWA World Heavyweight Championship
Abyss (w/James Mitchell) (c) vs. Sting vs. Christian Cage (w/Tomko)
Abyss doesn't have the look of a champion. Because of that I am picking him to lose the title. I would like to see Cage regain the belt, but I'll go with Abyss to retain.

ECW December to Dismember Results
Extreme Elimination Chamber for ECW Championship
Big Show (c) v. C.M. Punk v. Sabu v. RVD v. Lashley v. Test
Earlier in the night Sabu was 'attacked' backstage and was pulled from the match. He was replaced by Hardcore Holly and therefore Holly's rumored match with Sandman didn't take place. I wouldn't be surprised if we've seen the last of Sabu on WWE TV for the reasons I mentioned in my prediction. Back to the match - C.M. Punk didn't last as long as I thought, but he still made an excellent showing. He was eliminated first. Next to be eliminated were Holly by a boot by Test and RVD from a flying elbow from Test from the top of one of the pods. Holly's elimination looked like it was botched. He looked to have kicked out of the pin, but the ref said he was eliminated. Test was later eliminated by Lashley and Lashley picked up the ECW Championship and the win by eliminating Big Show.
Me: 1/1
David: 1/0
Hardy Boyz v. MNM
A good match. Matt gave Nitro and Mercury a double Twist of Fate/Diamond Cutter from the top rope and Jeff finished them off with a double Swanton.
Me: 2/2
David: 1/2
Sandman v. Hardcore Holly
As stated before, this match never took place. Sandman did make an appearance though. Read below.
Tommy Dreamer v. Daivari
Daivari won after a roll-up while holding Dreamer's trunks. Afterwards Dreamer chase Daivari to the back where he was taken out by Khali
Me: 2/3
David: 1/3
In an Intergender Tag Match Kevin Thorn and Ariel defeated Mike Knox & Kelly Kelly. Mike Knox left ringside in the middle of the match and left Kelly by herself. Before the match Kelly got on the mic and wished C.M. Punk good luck in his match. After the match Thorn and Ariel attacked Kelly some more until Sandman made the save.
Balls Mahoney defeated Matt Striker
Elijah Burke & Sylvester Terkay defeated the FBI.
Total: I got 2/3 matches correct and David got 1/3 right.
Final thoughts: I thought this PPV was one of the worst in a while. It may have had something to do with the fact that only 2 matches were officially announced. It also ended at 10:15 where as most WWE PPVs end around 10:45. A very, very poor effort by the WWE this time out. Unfortunately, this is going to provide ammunition to those within the WWE that see ECW as garbage and would prefer to see the promotion/brand dead and buried for good. You really can't blame the talent for the bad PPV. The build-up was poor especially having to be only a week after Survivor Series. Bad timing has a little to do with it. With Christmas Eve and New Years Eve both falling on a Sunday it left WWE with limited options as to when to schedule a PPV.

ECW December to Dismember PPV Predictions
After only a week I am back with more Wrestleblogger prediction. This time it's ECW's December to Dismember. It's around 2 days until the PPV and only 2 matches have oficially been announced. There are 2 other matches that are rumored to be on the verge of being announced so myself and David will be picking 4 matches for the time being. If any more matches are announced in the next day or so I will try to post predictions for those matches as well. David is going to stick with the original 4 matches. It should be interesting if TNA or VoodooKinMafia somehow get (try to) get involved in the PPV since VKM has 'accepted' that Hardy's open challenge, and have said that they will be at the PPV. I doubt there will be any TNA or VKM involvement since WWE is surely going to have really tight security. To be honest I actually hope that VKM jump the railing and into the ring so the wrestlers, referees, and security can beat the shit out of them legit. It would also be interesting if VKM or other TNA wrestlers actually bought tickets and were sitting at ringside.
Extreme Elimination Chamber for ECW Championship
Big Show (c) v. C.M. Punk v. Sabu v. RVD v. Lashley v. Test
I Say: As usual I will first eliminate the ones that I know won't be winning. First is Big Show. I've been reading reports about how his body is breaking down and he needs to take a break and perhaps will retire within the next 6 months. Therefore, I can't see him retaining the belt. Next C.M Punk can be eliminated. While he has a loyal following with followers of Ring of Honor he's still relatively new to the WWE and nationwide fans. Sabu is up next. I've read reports that his days in ECW could be numbered. Reportely he has become notorious for being late to shows and has recently no-showed an appointment to film promo material for this match. I've even heard that he has repeatedly fallen asleep backstage. It wouldn't make much sense to put the belt on him until he straightens up his act. It's a shame too that he may be out of WWE soon. He's openly stated that he in considering retiring from the ring in the next year or two and there is no way that working the indy scene (or even TNA) is going to give him WWE-sized paychecks. Back to the match...Let's look at Test. There were rumors that Vince was seriously considering having him win the match and the title, but only as a last resort. I can't see Vince being that desperate right now. That leaves the only 2 serious options - RVD and Lashley. RVD is still trying to get back into the good graces of the WWE bookers after his drug arrest and suspension earlier this year. That makes me think twice about picking him to win. That only leaves Lashley. Paul Heyman is a huge fan of him and from all that I have heard he is well-liked by the other wrestlers as well as the bookers and higher-ups in WWE. That's why I'm picking him. Sure, his promo work could use a lot of work, but he's got plenty of time to work on that. Maybe give him a manager or handler to act as his mouthpiece. Putting him with Burke and Terkay may be a good option at this point. Burke has pretty good mic skills and teaming Lashley and Turkay up would make them a unstoppable team.
David Says: RVD
Hardy Boyz v. MNM
I Say: I'm not sure if this is an Extreme Rules Match or not, but I'll assume it isn't. First, Didn't Nitro & Melina kick Mercury out of MNM for being the weak link? If so, why is the team reformed without some explaination? It just doesn't make much sense. Because of that I am picking the Hardys to win; most likely from Mercury costing MNM the match on purpose as payback. What will happen after that is beyond me. Will he go to RAW to feud with Mercury? Most likely, but we'll see.
David Says: The Hardys
Sandman v. Hardcore Holly
I Say: I've made no secret about the fact that I dislike Holly. I think it's a case of him taking himself too seriously. He walks around with that scowl on his face and thinks that he's some badass who's just looking for a fight. I have some news for him- nobody likes him. It's beyond me why he is still on the roster. In the 11 or 12 years that he's been in WWE there has been a lot of talented guys released. WWE must be paying him scraps to not have released him by now. Maybe he's just there to be a jobber. Or maybe he's just there so the bookers can use him to punish a wrestler by having Holly work a match stiff with him. It may sound a little mean, but he deserved to get dropped on his head by Brock Lesnar. While I don't think that he deserved a broken neck it was about time that someone works a little stiff with him. It's kind of Holly fault anyways; When a guy is lifting you upside-down it's not a smart move to become dead weight. What was Brock supposed to do? Just use raw power to lift you up? Why should he? You are trying to embarass him on national TV so why shouldn't he just drop you on your head. Let's get back to the match though. For some reason Holly is getting elevated now that he is one of Heyman's goons. And that makes me want to pick him to win here. Especially since Sandman has become a bit of a joke. For the first month or so of the new ECW he was used for 2 minutes a show to come out of the crowd and cane some character like Macho Libre, Big Dick Johnson, or The Zombie. I sometimes get the sense that WWE writers and producers are trying to kill the old ECW by jobbing out the ECW originals and make them look like jokes.
David Says: Sandman
Tommy Dreamer v. Daivari
I Say: This match is semi-predictable to me. Great Khali is going to interfere. This will obviously cause a DQ win for Dreamer adn perhaps lead to a feud between them.
David Says: Dreamer
